We reached out to Content Beta when we had an important and urgent launch coming up in just three days. The value they provided in such a short timeframe was exceptional, showcasing their efficiency and expertise. There are many, but things I like most about Content Beta are: they lead the charge, they have a well-honed process, they are patient and do not push back even though they provide great advice, they are responsive (we never have to wait), their pricing is fair and well explained, their work is consistently great at every stage, and the final product is wonderful. I have ZERO bad things to day about Content Beta. We've ordered 10 more videos from them and the production of these is going just as well (or better!) than the first one. We were looking for product demo videos to showcase various components of our software and services. We had rough ideas but we didn't really have a vision for the final product. Content Beta was able to take a rough script, make it shine and then present insightful storyboards that helped us make important decisions. The first draft of the first video was SO good. Make suggestions and requests was simple, and they were well-received even though our direction was vague or reductive at times.
