From this point forward they try to communicate with you using this account, i.e. via your finance team. The feature-set is maturing and the UI is maturing, both rapidly. Having product-focused videos, both short-form and long-form, is important to keeping customers up-to-date as well as driving interest. Content Beta helped us with this. Their videos opened up a new channel and form for communicating with customers and the market. We used the videos in several different marketing tactics – from posting on social, to including in blog posts, to including on website pages.
