It’s a huge relief knowing I don’t have to repeat myself or, worse, try to do it all myself. I also really like the expectations that they set up front-- how many days they think a project will take and even letting me know when they will get back to me with first round drafts to review. Like with any external partner, there’s naturally a bit of distance between Content Beta and our end customers—especially when it comes to capturing brand voice and culture.
