The technical complexity of the older system (Classsic Contensis) can be intimidating for business users. As a developer this additonal granularity has helped us to deliver requirements that woulds not have been possible on less sophicistated systems. Contensis for us (as a supported product via Zengenti) is a simple and easy to use interface - infact new started can be up and running with an hours basic training - for a complex website infront of it.
