Its workflows to manage processes and send reminders is a very good feature. Integration with other platforms. **What do you dislike about ContactWise CRM?** Project management is not so good. and its customer service is terrible. **What problems is ContactWise CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use connectwise for managing client servicing desk tickets. We also use it for billing time and for IT projects and as a CRM system. ### 2.
