The extension, when added to browsers like Chrome or Brave, does not lag and is quick at the worst possible internet speed. Contactout usually has the contacts when other softwares don't have the data. It's practically a lifesaver Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The extension gets logged out on its own which is slightly a downer, and the times when the information is not available but that happens with almost all the softwares. We used the free version for quite some time so maybe the lack of the number of credits was also something we were struggling with but it's not exactly a downside. I like ContactOut because of how it provides all the email addresses related to a person. Since I started using it a year ago, ContactOut has been able to provide me with work emails as well as personal emails making it easy to reach the email contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is quite hard to use on its own website unless one links it to one's personal Linkedin account. When I started using it, there was so much trouble retrieving contacts until when I managed to link it to my Linkedin account. What I most dislike about this tool is that sometimes when you check in the extension about the LinkedIn profile, it shows that there is an email but when you press Show, it will suddenly show Email Unavailable which is it will reduce the search credit in your account plan.
