"i have used software for debt collection,billing services and telecommunication."

What do you like best?

due to automated phone systems it has made my work be very fast hence increase in productivity due to capability of answering and dialing phones hence no need to be in contact with the system.

it has allowed me to communicate in wide area of range without any imitation and also software retain knowledge that has been there before.

What do you dislike?

i can say only the cost of software is high hence the seller should look on it but i can say it has a lot of advantage .

Recommendations to others considering the product

to those willing to buy software i can strongly encourage for the software that it is good ,efficient ,security is good and many more thing just try and you will see the fruit.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

it has impacted me to collect debt automaton and give report directly

communicating with other computer remotely

it has made me to collect bills of the organization.
