SUNAGO Matrix is project management software built specifically for consulting firms and professional services organizations. Unlike generic PM tools, SUNAGO Matrix tracks the metrics that drive consulting profitability: utilisation rates, budget-to-actuals visibility, and real-time project profitability. Designed for consulting teams that bill by the hour or fixed-fee, SUNAGO Matrix handles resource planning, time logging, and client reporting without requiring weeks of configuration. Built-in utilisation dashboards show which consultants are billable, which are on internal work, and which are idle — critical for hitting utilisation targets. Features include real-time budget tracking (know immediately when a project is burning budget faster than planned), resource capacity planning, timesheet management with client billing integration, and automated client profitability reports. Ideal for boutique consulting firms, management consulting teams, and engineering consultancies. SUNAGO Matrix replaces the spreadsheet chaos of managing multiple projects, resources, and budgets across a consulting firm.
