BidSync AI is an all-in-one estimating, bidding, and project management platform built for commercial contractors, subcontractors, and general contractors. It replaces spreadsheets and disconnected point tools with one system that takes a project from takeoff through award, budget, and closeout. Estimators build cost breakdowns from a shared resource library of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing, backed by reusable priced assemblies so a single line item — a wall, a waterline run, a roof section — pulls in its full crew and material build-up automatically. AI-assisted takeoff reads plan sets to detect and count quantities directly off the drawings, with built-in review gates so nothing posts to the estimate without a human sign-off. Bids convert into awarded projects with cost codes, phase codes, and quote groups carried through automatically, feeding a live Budget Manager that tracks buyout against estimate. In the field, crews log time and installed quantities against budget lines — rolled up into trackable production groups so a super can report progress on a handful of groupings instead of hundreds of line items — giving PMs real-time cost-to-date, percent complete, and forecast-to-finish. On the output side, BidSync AI generates client-ready proposals, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications from a built-in template library, and syncs leads in from bid networks like Dodge, PlanHub, and BuildingConnected.
