We are very sorry, however, for the frustration when projects close in just a few days and the supporting documents you need are not yet available, which can prevent you from bidding. On the project details page, above the title of the project, there is a button you can click to submit "Project Feedback." You can select a variety of reasons for this feedback, but one I think would help you is Plans & Specs Not Acquired. After you submit this project feedback, a unique team of researchers takes this request, expedites it, and updates the project for you as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will get it right every time, but this is a great way to put your request at the top of the list and get those updates faster. Thank you again for your review!
