Occasionally, we need to reach out to our Customer Success Manager and research staff for assistance when there are delays in project updates. For instance, sometimes the project bid date has already passed, but the information about the lowest bidder has not been updated. Additionally, there are rare instances when a Project ID number is changed with very little notification, which can cause some confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We really appreciate you pointing out the occasional delay in project updates, especially when bid dates have passed or notifications about Project ID changes haven’t been clear. Sometimes, when contacts or companies are merged, the system sends update on the projects those companies are associated with, which is something our product team is working to fix.
