If you ever want to edit those search filters, you have many options for support. Click the chat button in the top right (next to your name) for live assistance from customer service, or click on your name and head to Training, where you're able to read articles or watch videos to help narrow down your search, or even call in at (877) 422-8665 to speak with a customer service representative. We are here to help you and we're happy to do it! Your success is our success.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We love that CCPI helps you connect with more contractors in your area and catch projects you might have otherwise missed. We’re always working to expand coverage and make it clearer who won the job. Right above the Project Name on the Project Details page, you'll see a "Project Feedback" button. One of the Project Feedback reasons you can select is "Post Bid Results Needed" which sends a notice to our research team to check this project again for the Post Bid Results. Fill out that form, and you will get an email directly from the research team once the project is updated with those awarded results! We’re glad CCPI is part of your outreach toolkit and really appreciate you taking the time to review ConstructConnect on G2.

We hear your feedback on how sometimes projects are entered onto the site with little time before the bid date. We understand how having consistent IDs across platforms could make searching even faster when you’re working across both systems. While the Project IDs aren’t the same across both systems, the names of the projects are a perfect match - so searching by project name or title in either platform usually does the trick. Just a quick tip: before searching by title, be sure to clear all filters to make sure you’re seeing all the results.
