It has happened to me many times that the people shown by ConstructConnect Project Intelligence as working at certain companies are no longer there. This results in an inaccurate list of contacts, which makes it difficult to locate and interact with the right person. There are no constant updates to reflect staff changes, which would be helpful for those of us looking to contact directly. What is most helpful about ConstructConnect is the platform shows current real time updated projects. The contact information is listed. I feel the documents part is not necessary if there is no plans, docs, etc... added 99% of the time. There are times the project is complete and still listed on ConstructConnect as if the contacts are still looking for a GC. Sometimes I have to research for an email address because it's not listed. In my experience with Construct Connect, when we post a project, we often don't receive enough responses from subcontractors. On the other hand, when searching for new projects, many already have a general contractor assigned, or there is no way to reach out to them. For us, it's essential to know which owners or architects are actually seeking our services as general contractors.
