I don't think the ConstructConnect has provided us with as many opportunities to bid as we had hoped. It's not that the projects aren't out there - it's the CC researchers that aren't finding them. Don't be fooled by the CC Salespeople - they know little about the construction industry. I also like the filters you can use to sort projects by location and see who is assigned to each one. They also have almost every project for the Business Journals in their Data Base. **What do you dislike about ConstructConnect Project Intelligence?** The only thing I don’t like about ConstructConnect is that, as a third-party building consultant company, there’s no way to list our business as a consultant—only as a supplier. Also, every time we get invited to bid on projects, chances are they’re already well underway, so we don’t have any real opportunity to get involved. I do like that I get daily project updates for predictive work, plus a separate update for the landscape-specific type of work we’re set up for.
