The bid date and bid list features are exceptionally useful, allowing me to know when projects are bidding and identifying who may be interested in them. Sometimes the contact information has typos, such as incorrect email addresses, which can disrupt communication and outreach efforts. In my experience with Construct Connect, when we post a project, we often don't receive enough responses from subcontractors. On the other hand, when searching for new projects, many already have a general contractor assigned, or there is no way to reach out to them. For us, it's essential to know which owners or architects are actually seeking our services as general contractors. The data! I don't think the ConstructConnect has provided us with as many opportunities to bid as we had hoped. It's not that the projects aren't out there - it's the CC researchers that aren't finding them. Don't be fooled by the CC Salespeople - they know little about the construction industry. CCPI provides businesses the opportunity to bid on projects within their specific parameters. It presents LinkedIn and other contact details so that bidders may reach out to specific important people within the selected project. The purpose of CCPI is more in favor of contractors and sub-contractors. A bit more support and/or features specifically dedicated for hospitality companies such as our own would lead to more companies such as our own to be attracted to and use the platform. I find it inconvenient that the status of projects isn't prominently displayed at the top of the page in larger font, which would allow me to quickly assess if I want to get involved without scrolling.
