Click the chat button in the top right (next to your name) for live assistance from customer service, or click on your name and head to Training, where you're able to read articles or watch videos to help narrow down your search, or even call in at (877) 422-8665 to speak with a customer service representative. We’re always working to expand coverage and make it clearer who won the job. Right above the Project Name on the Project Details page, you'll see a "Project Feedback" button. One of the Project Feedback reasons you can select is "Post Bid Results Needed" which sends a notice to our research team to check this project again for the Post Bid Results. Fill out that form, and you will get an email directly from the research team once the project is updated with those awarded results! We’re glad CCPI is part of your outreach toolkit and really appreciate you taking the time to review ConstructConnect on G2.
