On the description and easement line items, your feedback is very helpful. Are you referring to the Summary? Those line descriptions are driven by the condition names in OST, and there is a limit on how long those can be. In OST 4.0, we’ve expanded support for longer condition names (up to 256 characters), which should give you more room to describe items before you ever get to Excel. We hope that helps!
