Inside the campaign, when editing an email, I can't easily highlight text to make it bold or italicized using my keyboard to cmmd +B or cmmd + v, and changing the font and size is a little tricky. We often copy and paste text from Google Doc drafts, but this sometimes causes issues with the text's font and formatting when it's actually sent out, so we have to perform many test emails to get it right. Another thing is the folders in the campaign view aren't very helpful—it's just a long list of emails. What is most helpful about Constant Contact is that I can share an email with my entire department without risking delays or inconsistencies. The upsides of using Constant Contact are that quality is ensured, I can customize everything I want, and I can pull data on a multitude of factors to see how the newsletter is performing. A feature I utilize often is the "Copy" option. I share the same newsletter each quarter with updated information, so being able to copy the previous issue without having to start from scratch and design a new draft saves me so much time!
