I tried contacting support because they advertise that they have hundreds of templates for landing pages. Once you sign up, you will see that they actually have zero, because there is no option to use a template. Support not reachable.

The landing page you customize is a long link without the possibility of customizing the domain. How do I convert users with a landing page link no one recognizes?

They have a "30-day money-back guarantee" which is a complete scam. You need to contact them by phone and tell them your 10-digit phone number to identify yourself. Unfortunately, nobody has a 10-digit number in Germany, so it is impossible to get through.

Once you are a paying customer, you don't get connected fast with a support agent anymore, and they don't answer billing questions in chat. So it is impossible to use their "30-day money-back guarantee".

CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ONLY IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE BEFORE YOU PAY. Afterward, you have to click through menus and get nowhere.

I sent them an email with the issues above and did not receive any response, even though I am a paying customer. They closed my ticket after ten days with no response, sending an email another day later asking for a review of their support. Their pricing structure is also based on number of contacts, not email sends, which makes them a cost-effective option for use with small email lists that you want to communicate to frequently.
