I find Constant Contact incredibly easy to use, allowing me to get emails out to hundreds of people in just minutes. I appreciate how it edits my information, ensuring I'm grammatically on spot and helps with complex information, new scheduling, and sales. I also enjoy the great photos and images available for use, which are great at formatting my emails to look professional. Instagram will only accept certain-sized images and no click overs, so I would like Constant Contact to get a little more creative with helping me in getting my information on and effective on Instagram. I love how easy Constant Contact is to use; they make sending bulk emails very straightforward. I also like that it clearly tells you when email addresses are invalid, when recipients have blocked the email, or when they’ve unsubscribed. When you are sending out 10k+ emails, this is very important. It is also very easy to import email addresses that we obtain in bulk to their system to send out to our customers. I'm always inclined towards platforms that don't just execute marketing tactics, but actually help me think, test, measure and optimize decisions. That's exactly where constant contact shines for me. The survey functionality is a big plus for me. being able to send secure, personalized survey invitations directly to my contact list makes gathering first party insights efficient. From a strategy standpoint, that feedback loop is gold, it allows me to validate assumptions and refine messaging with real data instead of gut feel. From an optimization perspective, i value how constant contact fits into a larger ecosystem. through integrations and APIs, it is easier to connect campaign data, build custom reports, manage audiences and align targeting, retargeting, geo based insights and budget planning pacing with higher level objectives. I like that Constant Contact sends useful notifications, especially about the data collected from the emails we send out. It’s helpful to see the open and click rates, and to understand who is actually interacting with our emails. I also like that we can use templates to create newsletters. I use Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns to our database. It helps me send mass emails out to our contacts, categorize contacts easily into lists, and keep track of our contacts' participation with our email campaigns. I also find it valuable for testing different content emails to see which perform better. What I like most about Constant Contact is that it's pretty user intuitive. The A/B testing feature is great too, as it helps me pick a subject line or email content that resonates better with our audience sample for broader campaigns. Although it is easy to use, it lacks many features more robust email marketing tools have. I wouldn't recommend Contact Contact for ecommerce.
