The major thing that I wanted to bring to Constant Contact's attention this time is what really frustrates me in my workflow. If I create a new list and upload contacts, it asks me again what list I want to upload the contacts to, and I have to re-write/find the list I'm already in. Who thought this was a good idea? It's literally double the work. I'm already in the list; why should I have to reclarify that I want to upload emails to that list? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks so much for the valuable feedback, Kaylee! While I understand that it can be frustrating to have to re-select a list, we require that selection in case you want to upload contacts to multiple lists at once! Instead of having to click into each list and re-upload, the list selection allows you to do the multi-upload in one click. Though I know that can be frustrating when you're only uploading to a single list, we hope it will save you time in the future. We'll share this with our design team for consideration in future updates of Constant Contact.
