What do you like best about Constant Contact?

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

The major thing that I wanted to bring to Constant Contact's attention this time is what really frustrates me in my workflow. If I create a new list and upload contacts, it asks me again what list I want to upload the contacts to, and I have to re-write/find the list I'm already in. Who thought this was a good idea? It's literally double the work. I'm already in the list; why should I have to reclarify that I want to upload emails to that list? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I understand that it can be frustrating to have to re-select a list, we require that selection in case you want to upload contacts to multiple lists at once! Instead of having to click into each list and re-upload, the list selection allows you to do the multi-upload in one click. Though I know that can be frustrating when you're only uploading to a single list, we hope it will save you time in the future. We'll share this with our design team for consideration in future updates of Constant Contact.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

It is a clean application to create newsletters, automated emails and such for businesses and nonprofits. It easily integrates with websites for lead gen as well as building your "list". It also provides good analytics regarding open rate as well as sanitizing your list. Cost wise it is a affordable option for both small and large organizations. It has A/B testing to test the performance of a specific layout to be able refine what works best and has a better open rate. It has a drag and drop layout that makes it easy for even nontechnical people to use while also having the capabilty to code your own emails in html if you desire. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

The one thing that is a little inconvenient is the ability to automatically send emails when a blog post is written requires a rss feed addon as it does not come as a natural connection between the website and Constant Contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I think there is alot of tabs on the side that sometimes its confusing. i also wish there was some setting you could turn on that would show you who eduted what like which user. I also wish it could tell youn like "you havent used this lisr in 6 moinths do you want to delete it" I also feel like adding contacts is not as smooth as it could e I am always clicking around and I eel like eerytime it shows stuff up ina difffeent way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I like how Constant Contact isn't just a platform that we use to communicate to customers and about our brand, they provide so many tools and resources on how to improve marketing and branding within our business. I do think there are lots of helpful templates to help create certain projects. Definitely will recommend to others. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I think the only thing we had struggled is the HTML format when designing. It isn't a huge problem but there seems to be a little more work to appropriately design a campaign. And i saw canva is now integrated which honestly improves this issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Email Duplication with Fair Pricing and an Easy Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I like that I can go back to previous emails I've sent and duplicate and change the information or be able to look back and see what I have done and go from there. Saves me time from having to recreate the same things over and over.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I dislike how when I am editing an email it won't let me copy and paste items easily. I have to log out of the website then re-log in to be able to copy and paste. Also sometimes the moving of the email parts doesn't always function well and is hard to get to where I would like them.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I appreciate how Constant Contact makes it very easy to segment audiences and provides the data to see how our emails are performing. I really like the stats, especially being able to see the open and click rates, which are super valuable for assessing how our emails are doing and if changes are needed. The simpler and more user-friendly system compared to Sendgrid is a big plus, and though it took a few weeks to get the hang of everything, the setup was very smooth. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Sometimes the system is a little slow. It can take a while to schedule or update an email. Sometimes it just takes a while to load or schedule the email send. I don't think it's a huge problem or needs to be fixed, but it can sometimes be slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I like the reporting part of Constant Contact, how you can send out the emails and marketing campaigns, and you can see the click rate and how well that it's doing and how many people are clicking on it and responding to the emails, and how they're interacting with it. I like how you can look at the email performance and how it's doing compared to other campaigns. The setup was easy, and it's user-friendly. It works well for our organization, and that's why we have continued to use it. I would definitely recommend it because it has good capabilities and it's user-friendly. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

It feels a bit expensive, so I’ve looked into other products to see if I could find something more affordable. So far, I haven’t found another option with the same features I rely on in Constant Contact. That said, I do wish they offered more ways to collect feedback from our members. I'm a big fan of the automation tools which allows us me to set up onboarding journeys, event reminders and re-engagement sequences with minimal ongoing effort. It is been a huge time saver while still letting me deliver personalized experiences at scale. Beyond that, the analytics dashboard is genuinely useful not just vanity metrics page. It gives me clear insights into what's performing, who is engaging and where i can optimize. Those real time metrics help me make better decisions and prove campaign ROI to stakeholders. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?
