**What do you like best about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

The ability to integrate with websites and trigger emails based on user actions and attributes is outstanding. The sales pipeline enables us to effectively manage sales opportunities and track our campaigns from end to end. The recent addition of the Meeting Booking tool and Live Chat have greatly increased the value of this too to our agency and our clients. The visual workflow builder is easy to understand and use. Their support is very responsible, provides quality answers, and follows up to ensure issues are resolved.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

The landing page, blog, and social media features are not yet at par with other solutions. This has not been a huge issue for us as don't require those features on a regular basis, but we'd love to see these areas improved for those cases where they would come in handy. The visitor ID tool is great, but is unable to identify a majority of our website visitors vs. other tools we've used. We could eliminate those other tools if that feature were enhanced.

the translation (german) in the backend is not good. the default context of the chatbots (system-side text modules) switch from german to english although the conversation with the users is in german

I was a Hugh fan of this amazing platform. and until now I have used this service for my daily marking automation needs. SharpSpring is an extensive email marketing planner. To get this system launched from start you have to understand the strategies well, then you need to learn every function well in terms of setting up the email campaigns.

I would recommend this product to companies who interact for any marketing sort, while using the system, to boost the promotions. Analyze the platform extensively and propose execution of the test projects to duplicate the strategies and goals to find the advantages of moving to a new plan.

**What do you like best about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

Getting started with SharpSpring has been great! The onboarding team has really guided our learning and ensured we're up to speed not only on the software itself, but also regarding industry best practices. Weekly one-on-one check-ins coupled with a robust help centre, rapid support, and a virtual classroom collection of onboarding videos has been a great multi-pronged approach to get us going on our own, and then have the tools to train our clients as well.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

To date we've been very impressed with SharpSpring and there have not been dislikes. There are a few use cases that came up particular to our business process, where we'd like to tailor things in the future. We've submitted these to the SharpSpring 'Feature Request' portal and look forward to their implementation - we've gotten feedback that some of these items that are on their roadmap, which is great to hear!

I'd say the price on a per-client basis is pretty amazing. It allows us as a small agency to actually turn a profit on the software. The software itself is relatively easy to learn and the team at Sharpspring is very helpful and responsive. Their virtual learning classroom is very thorough, handy, and useful. We love that.

There's nothing we really dislike. We struggle a little bit with the email templates, but we are getting to know them better as we use them more.

Sharpspring is allowing us to get more insight into our client's leads and where they are coming from. The software is allowing us to see more for our clients and provide them with better insights so that we can deliver on better marketing campaigns. The integration of marketing touchpoints with the leads base and email marketing isn't something we had before in one place, so it's a game-changer for both our company and our clients.

The ease of following the lead from inception to contract! The support is outstanding. I especially love the opportunity flow - keeps my team on point and updated on the progress of a lead/proposal. To pinpoint what I like best - EVERYTHING! The automation is incredible and like nothing, we have ever used before!

The setup is tedious but worth the reward.  As in anything - put in the efforts and the rewards will come!

Sharpspring offers all the tools you'd expect in marketing automation. It's well configured to allow both agency and direct client management at a cost that more affordable than many similar systems.

I wouldn't really consider this a dislike - but this isn't a product we recommend going "partway" on. If you're looking just for email management or a sales management tool you might want to consider other vertical tools. You'll get the best results with sharpspring with full strategic automation planning (it does integrate with other tools if needed).

SharpSpring offers CRM, email marketing, marketing automation and scheduling all in one tool. It's so user-friendly. I just started in my B2B Sales role for a month now and learning the ropes, so this has been helpful in managing my pipeline. The most used functions for me are setting myself tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

There are no downsides to SharpSpring, if you can afford the costs.

The onboarding process is very easy and intuitive. The team and support work with you to get you onboarded and help you every step of the way. Their model works great for agencies to use and partner with. They have come out with several new features since we have onboarded with them this year which shows that they are always looking for more and to improve. Their support services are great and very useful. Highly recommend!

There are a few limitations in the CRM aspect that I would love to be more customizable, such as Lead Status, and field types for default fields. There is a lot of documentation for training, but i'd once you're onboarded to be able to have my sales team or other departments who use the tool able to meet and/or get training from someone at SharpSpring

We were looking for a CRM/automation tool for internal use as well as one we are comfortable recommending to our clients. This tool accomplishes both. We use SharpSpring to help with automating our emails and as our standard ESP. We are implementing landing pages and dynamic content based on user activity.

SharpSpring is a very customer focused company.  We switched to them from a very expensive competitor and I can tell you that we never missed a beat.  Our reps were extremely helpful and even helped create few things that never have been done before.

Not really much to dislike.  I've been happy from day 1!

SharpSpring is one the best marketing automation platforms. It's capabilities make it easy to integrate forms to your website, capture leads and build reports. 

The support team is top notch -It is very responsive and thorough. The technicians are always friendly, professional and always provide clear instructions and solutions.I can always count on the support technicians to help!

if i had to pick a downside to SharpSpring, it would be the limited styling options on the forms and landing page builder. There are a few display functions that are not available but you can build stylesheets to customize the display functions to your liking. It can be time consuming at times but if you ever run into an issue editing the sheets, the support team is there to help.

Our main issue was gathering data from different sources and trying to analyze the data. Integrating SharpSpring with our analytics has made it easier to assess the data, build reports and strategize future campaigns. It allows us to accurately track our patients timeline and sources.

I think the fact that it looks like it was designed by Sales and Marketing people rather than the traditional SAS mind. The system is really easy to get up and running and works very well. I've even gotten comments from sales people like "Wow I don't even need to ask you how to use this, it's so easy"

The only thing is that reporting is a little difficult to figure out but it's more of getting into the terminology rather than any shortcoming.

Excellent media tracking tool to analyze the effectiveness of different marketing platforms. Very useful online guide for easy troubleshooting. They are constantly working to improve their platform, and the recent navigation update proves it. An amazingly responsive support team, happy to answer your questions.

Easily find options for creating custom fields - currently seems to be in an illogical location. It is useful to have subfolders to organize content (e.g., email).

**Recommendations to others considering Constant Contact Advanced Automation:**

SharpSpring is well suited for companies with dedicated marketing teams or members and experience in CRM / automation systems. Because it is so powerful, it can be frightening and overwhelming for companies with non-marketing or non-sales members responsible for managing the platform. It is also best suited for companies that use sales and marketing components to get the most out of the platform.

We use SharpSpring throughout the organization to help with marketing planning and sales management. As far as my marketing approach is concerned, SS has helped simplify our work by using an easy to administer central platform. As our team has grown, we have been able to use more SS features for more comprehensive marketing methods such as campaign execution and analysis. Because SS provides a complete set of out-of-the-box features, the platform can easily grow with your business.

Great tool for setting up inbound funnels. It includes automation for email drips, lead scoring, and lead segmentation capabilities. it's easy to integrate it's forms with your website to capture leads. It's campaign feature enables you to track which campaigns are working best for your business.
I also like the CRM which includes helpful automation capabilities that enables you to streamline your sales process.
SharpSpring also includes a social calendar posting feature that helps schedule posts in advance.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about SharpSpring. SharpSpring support has always been there to help me whenever I encountered difficulty.

Support is responsive and helps you to fix any issues you may have or answer questions on things that you are unsure about.

SharpSpring is a great tool to include in a company's marketing effort. It eliminates some of the repetitive tasks done in marketing through automation and it helps you to identify which marketing efforts are bringing you the most leads.
It also includes a CRM in the package that helps marketing and sales teams work together seamlessly.

Email automation - SharpSpring helps you to automate your email campaigns. You are able to personalize and use dynamic content to make the email more relevant to the readers. This helps with a higher open and click through rate in the emails you send out.
Creating inbound funnels - From landing pages to forms, SharpSpring helps in creating complete inbound funnels that help drive more leads. Using the campaign reporting feature you are able to track which campaigns are working for you.

SharpSpring allow us to, for the first time, plan and implement a hole marketing campaign without an adicional use of other marketing or sales platforms. It gives us their fantastic native CRM and the amazing Land Page Builder, witch able us to change the level of our website and our's clientes too. A game changer.
We've been using for almost 2 years and it evolves a lot.

Although its not a problem, there's a need for more social monitoring and interaction.

Negative and unpredictable cash flow. We change  to positive and recurrent  by improving the relationship with our clientes using the automation.
No sufficient lead generation, no list. We developer a content strategy and use the automation to nurture the leads, and put then in different flows.

With SharpSpring, my team and I are able to stay on top of our prospects, analyze which pages they're visiting on our website, measure their engagement levels from the content we send out to them.

Your support is non-existent. The help docs don't really help that much. Also don't like not having a person to call. It is hard to sell to a client and you don't really help with that either.
I don't really want to sell additional services without this support. The analytics are problematic

If you're looking for an affordable and robust marketing automation platform, SharpSpring is the way to go. Their support team is extremely responsive and helpful! SharpSpring's active community and help articles will guide you through the way.

Several other options in this space cost so much that a mid-sized business doesn't have the resources to create the deliverables necessary to get a fully-featured automation platform in place, whereas SharpSpring's model delivers the technology and platform (in many cases more complete solutions that competitors), in a pricing model that supports actually making it work.

First, fantastic price. Personalization can drive amazing results. SharpSpring gives you a solid set of tools that all communicate with each other flawlessly and for an exceptional value. It's a sophisticated tool with a lot of depth, but the certifications, demos, videos, tools, customer service all make it very easy to use. Just when I think I've figured out the edge of the depth on the tool, I realize there's another level. The automation is top notch. The ability to track so many actions, behaviors and then to take action to help the customer go further along the funnel. It fulfills the needs of so many other tools - HootSuite, Sprout, Calendly, Mailchimp, CRM, Sales CRM, TypeForm, and WhoIsVisiting (to name a few). 

Impressive, no doubt.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

Not a lot so far. I'll always take more templates, pre-made content. Don't get me wrong, it has content, but the more the merrier.Billing can be a little confusing, but I know they have an update coming very soon. In fact, I just received an update email about it. I'd love to see more progress on the SharpSpring iOS app.

I've worked with HubSpot, Adobe, Marketo, Pardot and a myriad of other digital marketing tools. I've used tools that cost 1-2 million a year, spent months on integrations. I've honestly never found a tool that is so capable, so easy to implement, and does not require 6 figures of budget to fund it as I have in SharpSpring. I think SharpSpring is a no-brainer tool for any small to medium sized organization. It may even cut it for larger organizations. While I'm very impressed, I see the company continuing to strive towards an even higher level of greatness. 

Don't spend your time on integrations and getting tools to communicate. Spend your time on strategy, testing, and building out a ridiculously successful sales and marketing approach.

I'm not spending as much time connecting tools and I'm spending way more time defining and executing strategies. It allows us to monitor how new and existing users interact with our website, what pages they go to, and how much time they spend on each page. This has assisted us in refining our retargeting strategies and the type of content we need to create to keep our prospects engaged and interested in our services.

It would be nice to have a few more pre-made templates available when crafting email templates. SharpSpring enables you to basically drag, resize and drop different elements into your email templates, but it is not as customizable as other platforms. The social media scheduling portion is good, but it is not as robust as other platforms. Cross-posting might sometimes display differently than expected, for example posting a link that contains a featured image might show differently on SharpSpring than the actual social media platform, so we always check the actual post on the social media platform to make sure it posted as desired.

If you're between Hubspot and SharpSpring, I would recommend you go with SharpSpring. Its a fraction of the cost, they've got basically the same capabilities and features, they're constantly releasing new features, and their support team is on point.

It's very easy to manage contacts through SharpSpring because it allows you and your team to see all team interactions with that prospect, keeping everyone in the loop of the sales process. Plus, with SharpSpring's notification system, Sales can touch base with customers shortly after they browse the site, so they make contact at exactly the right time.

The sales team was great. You could tell they cared about more than just making the sale. They wanted to make sure that SharpSpring was the correct product for us. The onboarding process was super thorough and allowed us to get to know the product well before we dove in. Support is super responsive and incredibly quick. We've never waited more than a day for anything to get resolved. We have all of the tools we need to help our clients grow at a price point that you can't beat.

Some of the features aren't very intuitive and are a little clunky. You can tell that the dev. team is still working some kinks out.

To be honest there is nothing that I really dislike about the solution. It is comprehensive and offers what you would expect out of a mature CRM and marketing automation solution at this price point. It works well, with few to no bugs, and support is quick and responsive.

If you're an agency, consider the business model you will have in offering this to clients. Will you make money on the license, or on agency services on top? It's important to allocate enough internal time to making the system automate as much as possible of the clients' business, so we recommend charging enough for the core license to allow enough time to build for such automations and supporting / improving them over time.

If you're an end user considering SharpSpring through an agency, consider if you'd primarily like to work with a marketing automation agency, or a markeing agency. What I mean by this is whether you'd like to simply outsource marketing work and have a system that supports that (marketing agency), or if you'd like a marketing automation system that automates your business primarily, with possible agency services on top (marketing automation agency).

After years of thinking and hoping what we were doing. A company that really observes. They direct what you are trying to achieve and accomplish. They show you what other like companies do to effect the quality of the lead. They suggest things. No pressure to buy anything. They make you be involved in your success. They make you take the time to learn. They really aren't selling you on anything. The launch is determined by the customer. There are more concerned with the customers understanding of the process. This is why you do it. This is what happens if you do. This is what could happen if you don't. No more wasted money on advertising. I am getting the business I have always deserved. No I can focus on growing to capture the customers I want!

Well it is a learning curve for us almost Boomers (lol). It is data intensive as far as getting everything up and rolling. But it is so necessary. I can't believe no one would not see the value of what they did. It is like finally getting the garage cleaned out, and getting the house painted new in the process. We have seen instant results.

if  if you having challenges in the area of marketing and online customer to real world conversion rates. This is a must. There is way to much for the average person to do in this area. The problem we had is we threw advertising dollars at google ads, Instagram, newspaper ads (yes we did). We never really have a viable way of tracking those dollars. So really it was just a hopeful hail Mary. Like ok at least we did something. This process with just adding a few drop downs on some landing pages made a immediate impact. We have seen our traffic go up 33% 46% 77% 111%. I am not saying closed business although that did go up as well. But what we were ultimately told happened. Now it is up to us to capture that increase in flow. A really great problem to have!

Sharpspring has a very user friendly and intuitive interface. It's easy to learn and quickly get up to speed with the platform. It is also offers powerful tools at an affordable price. We have a small sales team, but our implementation of Sharpspring allows us to prospect much more successfully by targeting warm leads based on lead scoring.

There's not really anything that I dislike about it.

Sharpspring helps our sales & marketing teams communicate more efficiently and effectively. Additionally, it helped super charge our analytics. We also use it for lead generation on forms for our events and giveaways.

SharpSpring is an ingenious marketing tool that is distinguished by its wide flexibility, with SharpSpring you can implement campaigns through email in an automated way, its integration system is phenomenal, since it integrates very well with CRM platforms, social management tools, CMS tools, among others. With SharpSpring you can make a complete follow-up of the customers to know their needs and implement solid strategies that lead to success. The platform allows you to increase sales in a relevant way, retain more customers and drive the growth of the company. Its ease of use makes it a very fun system to work with, it really is a very optimal tool in terms of performance and provides a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

SharpSpring is a software with a high price, which is a factor that limits many at the time of purchase, but it is really worth paying a high cost in order to get a true quality service. I don't like the mobile application provided by the system at all since its operation is very slow and totally inaccurate. It is really necessary to see improvements so that it can be an optimal application to work with.

SharpSpring is a platform that I describe as functional, is a very broad tool and with many resources to drive marketing in the right direction, really is a very easy to implement and use software, its operation is very fast at all times, provides much innovation and the results obtained are impressive, if I had to recommend a marketing software I would recommend SharpSpring as the number 1 option to consider.

We have used SharpSpring to manage large marketing projects, the service has provided a great performance for the execution of all our tasks, has allowed us to increase our sales, retain more customers, boost our brand and has helped us work more comfortably for the development of each marketing project. To be honest, this service is now essential for our sales and marketing team.

We use SharpSpring for sending e-mails and to build web pages where people can leave information. I like the ease of both tools and the fact that SharpSpring offers multiple solutions in one software program. Also, the live custom chat is very helpful and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

I miss a few KPI's in e-mail reports. I can't see certain KPI's that I would like to see. Also, the page builder has a lot of bugs.

Use SharpSpring if you want an all in one CRM sollution.

**What do you like best about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

for us as an agency, it has been a daily work tool, also being part of some activities for clients where automation solutions are needed.

After searching several options for several years, although it is not the perfect tool, it does solve the business needs we have and some clients do too.

It does not require high programming knowledge or advanced certifications to be able to access full functionalities, since it is a comprehensive tool, which also integrates very well with other daily work tools (mail, calendar, chat, CRM)

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

There is not much that I dislike, possibly there are features that have not given me a problem or needed that I have since they require another approach that I have already solved with another tool

**What problems is Constant Contact Advanced Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently there are many options for marketing automation tools (perhaps not so much for sales) but we needed an option that was scalable, simple and profitable, this by solving the needs of the different inbound marketing activities that were wanted to be implemented in the agency, not only for us, but also for our clients, both B2B and B2C, and the result has been quite good, to the extent that we are including it as part of our services and not as an individual product. 

We are more than happy now, and on top of that, making business fun and profitable for all involved.

Our clients need an automated marketing platform and a good CRM system. This is far more cost effective than having a tech stack of several different platforms like a CRM system, e-mail marketing platform, social media monitoring system, etc. This is all in one.

What I find most striking about this software is that we can perform tracking and identification operations of each of the most demanding customers or rather powerful, which maintain more activity in the digital platforms of a particular organization, so we have basic knowledge to know what to offer specifically to these individuals and increase the percentage of purchase probability by these people or some peculiar establishment, without excluding their fantastic follow-ups to determine the number of visitors who come to the website of their membership.

The function of commerce through email could need extensive improvements, being a rather high rate if we address the numerical percentage, being a problem in large scales, since the effectiveness of these processes cannot be guaranteed, which acquire a very important position for the organizations, since their operations are developed through this medium, for being the most reliable, being a significant disadvantage in many aspects.

One of the most striking qualities that maintains this software, is that we can easily link the potential customers that holds an organization, to their campaigns to carry out, measures and administrations to the convenience of users who use SharpSpring in their business facilities, being quite useful for work dedicated to e-commerce, or rather digital marketing, through email, to justify and ensure a large list of customers, being of great importance to certain corporations specializing in the field.

Our departments involved in the field dedicated to the branch of digital marketing, use this software, as it offers incredible tools that meet the work we need to bring success to the projects we idealize, mostly in an approach based primarily on the customers we acquire, being very useful SharpSpring, because it provides visibility of the operators of our platforms that we generate constantly, and information needed for progress in economic areas that are made.

The amount of customization and tools offered for the price we are paying is what sold us on this product. Being able to have confidence in the support team when you get stuck is great as well because no one likes waiting day to hear back wen you have an issue, especially since time is money when marketing.

At first I was slightly overwhelmed because of the amount of options and customizations available but after going through the virtual class room and talking with my on-boarding specialist, that all went away.

**What problems is Constant Contact Advanced Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organization and ability to customize all of our marketing efforts has greatly improved the effectiveness of our marketing department and the amount of good leads generated. The tracking of leads and the listening tool for our social accounts keeps everything in order and we rarely get behind on any of our tasks or to-do's in terms of marketing.

I loved the customer service Sharpspring provided from the first demo to onboarding. I love that I have the opportunity to partner with an organization that gives so much flexibility in using the service. I have learned more about marketing automation using the service than not. I am ecstatic to be a partner and further my certification with Sharpspring. The sales process was simple, the onboarding was simple. I made time to complete certification and my account manager was always available when I needed her. She sent resources as necessary. I recommend agencies take a look for marketing or sales purposes.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

I do not have any dislikes at the moment. If I could recommend anything I would say make the demo process for agencies more user friendly. Maybe a short demo video that I can share with my prospects. And then we can talk more afterwards.

I can brand myself as the expert in marketing automation. I am certified. And I am able to niche my offer to my prospects. The visual workflow is heavenly.

SharpSpring has all the functionality of HubSpot but at a fraction of the cost. It is easy to automate, use dynamic content, and navigate through the various modules. Our customers have been very impressed with our ability to provide a first-rate CRM platform within an affordable price range for small and medium-sized businesses.

**What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?**

I would like to see the app for mobile devices upgraded for use on all platforms.  It would also be helpful if the HTML for email templates was more editable and shown by selected sections rather than having to search and scroll.

**What problems is Constant Contact Advanced Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can help our customers track leads and sales effortlessly. Email campaigns are easy to build and with dynamic content, we can use 1 campaign for multiple sections of our lead and contact lists.
