The portal is clean, doesn't try to be fancy, just gives you what you need fast. Real-time spin-up of circuits across major IXPs and cloud providers is clutch, especially when you're stitching together routes on short notice. Their backbone feels like it was built for carrier-grade uptime with low jitter, solid stability, and latency that stays consistent across regions. Implementation was smooth. No fluff, no sales engineer circus. We had ports live and traffic flowing in under an hour. It just worked. Customer support is solid. When we ran into an issue during a path reconfiguration, their NOC team responded fast, spoke in technical terms. We use it regularly. Between test spins, hybrid routing tweaks, and AI job scheduling across clouds, it's become part of our standard ops stack. The ability to mix and match bandwidth options (from 10 Mbps to 100 Gbps) without hardware upgrades has saved us both time and costs. Besides, the uptime is 100%, this is very important for service providers like us. **What do you dislike about Console Connect?** ConsoleConnect doesn't have a Chinese version, this is not user friendly for chinese customers. **What problems is Console Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** In 2024 we need a low-latency connection to an ISP from our POP in HK urgently, and after comparing to other soltuions, we chose Console Connect for it's easy to provisioning and the cost is the lowest. in the end Console Connect built up a private connection in about one week for us. ### 3.
