**What do you like best about ConsignPro?**

I like how it keeps everything in the business organized. Also, if something goes wrong, the Tech people can go into my computer and fix it. It's easy to use once you get a hang of it and if there's any problems, and I mean ANY problems, Tech Support will fix it.

**What do you dislike about ConsignPro?**

It can be slow. Like, terribly slow. I'm not sure if its the version I'm using, but it kills me sometimes. Also, it has a bad habit of saying the program is open, but it won't be open. It makes me restart my computer before I can pull it up. Also, if someone is tagging products on one computer and another person decides to do the same on another computer, they don't sync. It makes the SKU numbers off and it gets really confusing.

**Recommendations to others considering ConsignPro:**

Just stay calm, it is easy to learn.

**What problems is ConsignPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory. It helps so much with Inventory. It helps my business stay organized and up to day with my inventory.
