CW SIEM is helpful in that it's partnering and connecting with lots of other companies and utilizing their API we have started using this as almost a one stop shop for a few things. It lacks in a few areas where it should be just as detailed as you find in their CW ticketing area. I hear it may be coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We get a high level of alerts from multiple platforms and using SIEM helps us not have to get so many alerts in the manner we used to.
