What do you like best about ScreenConnect?

The tool is very useful and handy in the modern Era of Information Technology. It does not even let you connect remotely on user's machines to troubleshoot, it also allows you to run queries, gather information, and queue things if the client is offline.

Best part is, it allows you to connect through backstage. Which means, you can connect to any machines with admin rights on it and it won't disturb the user at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?
