"Continuum RMM"

What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

We have been using Continuum RMM for over ten years, and its been a very stable platform and provides alot of remote features such as patch managment, scripting tools and application deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise RMM?

Some of the GUI interfaces are outdated, and the reporting tool needs an overhaul. I don't consider this a dislike, but ConnectWise recently acquired Continuum, and a lot of Continuum's functionality is being replaced with ConnectWise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConnectWise RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem being solved with is remote access and patch management, especially with most of the workforce working from home. We can quickly access user's machines (home and/or office) and determine/provide the security risks to managment. What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

What I like best about Continuum RMM is the ability to manage and monitor almost every kind of device. Another really cool thing are the advanced features such as remote registry edit and remote command prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise RMM?

What I dislike about Continuum RMM is the "managed updates" for Windows 10. Be default it turns off the built in update feature so while they managed computers do get security updates, no other device updates or feature updates get installed unless the update is manually run. In my opinion that's a huge over site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConnectWise RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?

the problems we are solving using Continuum RMM is the need to automatically manage and secure workstations (both PC and Mac). The benefits that we've realized are that with the RMM software handling patches and security bug fixes we have more time and can manage more workstations than without Continuum RMM. What do you like best about ConnectWise RMM?

I love that the RMM tool has a ton of great features and bundles in the essentials like LogMeIn and Webroot SecureAnywhere. I also love that it's white labeled and lets me extend the product to clients. This gives me a huge ability to grow my customer base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise RMM?

The Mac agent could be a bit more robust as it is becoming a bigger player in enterprise. I would also like to see a better integration between it and Zoho products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
