Simple 365 backup solution...maybe a bit too simple? **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Harminder C. | Support Analyst, Computer Networking, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023 **What do you like best about ConnectWise Cloud Backup?** The UI is easy to navigate and its easy to see who's licensed for backup and if there are any alerts on accounts not being backed up. I particularly like the colour coding for alert level types so its easy to distinguish how important it is. **What do you dislike about ConnectWise Cloud Backup?** Way too simple for its own good, point in time backup has been designed like an afterthought and most of the time you have to give up trying to restore the data you need. When you compare it to a competitor like Backupify/Druva you realise just how simple it is. Might work for small organisations but not a great fit for an MSP. **What problems is ConnectWise Cloud Backup solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have many client tenant instances (M365) which don't have a native backup solution, SkyKick allows us to back these services up purely in the cloud negating the need for any on-premise servers/storage. Because its cloud to cloud, the network overhead is also removed and its nice and quick. ### 2. There is no simply way to confirm data is backed up and if you need a restore you have to call support to re-index.
