"ConnectSMART is OK, But Competing Products Are Better"

What do you like best about ConnectSMART?

ConnectSMART integrates well with ConenctWise products. Before other similar products entered the marketplace, ConnectSMART offered what my company was looking for in a gauge/gadget product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectSMART?

ConnectSMART is not as easy to use and intuitive as other, newer products. My company switched to a competing product that offered a much easier to use interface and a web-based front end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConnectSMART solving and how is that benefiting you?

ConnectSMART helped keep our team aware of and responsible for essential metrics and service level agreements that were not easy to visualize in the past. In addition, displaying gadgets on TVs in the office makes a positive impression on potential clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
