Before other similar products entered the marketplace, ConnectSMART offered what my company was looking for in a gauge/gadget product. **What do you dislike about ConnectSMART?** ConnectSMART is not as easy to use and intuitive as other, newer products. My company switched to a competing product that offered a much easier to use interface and a web-based front end. **Recommendations to others considering ConnectSMART:** Evaluate other options before deciding on the product. My company switched to another product that we found to be much more intuitive. **What problems is ConnectSMART solving and how is that benefiting you?** ConnectSMART helped keep our team aware of and responsible for essential metrics and service level agreements that were not easy to visualize in the past.
