**What do you like best about ConnectShip?**

The ConnectShip support team is extremely helpful. Their team responds to tickets quickly and provides solutions as quickly as they can. 
From the IT side, the flexibility and usability is great.

**What do you dislike about ConnectShip?**

Not a cloud based solution. The CS has limited visibility into the servers/system with the current setup.

**What problems is ConnectShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carrier Routing, RateShop Capabilities, multi shipper/account usage

**What do you like best about ConnectShip?**

Ability to setup a local rating server for realtime fast rate shopping.
Ability to connect via local API to the rating software so we can have a single point rating system for any of our applications.

**What do you dislike about ConnectShip?**

Requires manual rate updates anytime there is a GRI. You also have to manually update the system itself, and manually update fuel surcharges.

**Recommendations to others considering ConnectShip:**

If you are needing a single point multi-carrier rating / shipping solution, ConnectShip | iShip is what you are wanting.

**What problems is ConnectShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a fast rate shopping service and tracking # / label provider that wasn't reaching out to the internet for data.
