Connect Protect is currently helping to provide a comprehensive and reliable Managed Detection and Response service. The technical depth and customer service excellence of the Secon Cyber organisation is fantastic. As a customer, it is comforting to know that behind the solution/service there is always going to be a dependable team who will respond to your needs (be it reactive or proactive). There is a sensible menu level of services and these come at very competitive price points (before discounting for larger usage volumes). After a thorough market analysis, Connect Protect came out on top across technical solution, pricing and service and comes highly recommended. As an earlier adopter, Secon Cyber has taken onboard all our suggestions on product improvements. Hopefully, this can continue or that there is a customer forum established. It has enabled us to standardise the cyber MDR service across our BU units. The single dashboard helps to provide necessary KPI and alerts all in one place.
