**What do you like best about ConnectPointz?**

EDI team at ACT Data is easy to communicate with.  Our flat file setup is still supported by this team.  Easy to get new vendors onboarded.  Good at helping with problem resolution.

**What do you dislike about ConnectPointz?**

none at the moment. we are currently sending manual flat files and they convert them to EDI X11 format for us and forward to our vendors.  not sure where we would improve this setup.

**Recommendations to others considering ConnectPointz:**

They work hard to make things work.

**What problems is ConnectPointz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

old school EDI communication.  helpful for getting orders into our system quickly and our systems are more productive with less entry errors than before.  Many thanks.
