I like the website because it lets me quickly assign paycards to employees who don’t have a bank account. Since we’re paper-free, this is especially helpful for team members who don’t use traditional banking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ConnectPay by Comdata? The website needs improvement. It feels like more than what we need. I understand that other companies can add payments to employee cards directly from the site, but that doesn’t seem useful for us since we already have a payroll company that handles all of that. Overall, the website isn’t very user-friendly when it comes to navigatinglong when we first starting using it. There is not a quick menu option to create a cardholder, which is the onlyl thing I do on the site. Manage -\> Branded Debit -\> Search Cardholder -\> Cardholder Information ---\>Create Cardholder. Make the website easier to navigate for just starting a paycard account. There are too many steps, and if you don't know where to go you would never figure it out.
