It was clearly written by IT people who had limited input from accountants and finance. Customer service isn't that great. When you call for help, they only understand IT, not accounting so when you try to explain why something needs to be the way it is, they don't understand. Also, the company doesn't really listened to feedback from users. Updates are limited and rarely beneficial. **What problems is ConnectNow Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it as our accounting software.
