**What do you like best about ConnectNow Accounting?**

I like how they have improved the accounting software for me to imput our weekly envelopes.

**What do you dislike about ConnectNow Accounting?**

I haven't found anything yet that disappoints me.

**What problems is ConnectNow Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see up to the minute results on how much we are getting from our parishioners for the weekend collection after imputting them.

**What do you like best about ConnectNow Accounting?**

There are many features to the program that help deter fraud

**What do you dislike about ConnectNow Accounting?**

Its clunky and not user friendly. It was clearly written by IT people who had limited input from accountants and finance. Customer service isn't that great. When you call for help, they only understand IT, not accounting so when you try to explain why something needs to be the way it is, they don't understand. Also, the company doesn't really listened to feedback from users. Updates are limited and rarely beneficial.

We use it as our accounting software.  It does have some features that are helpful,.

Sometime even thou you follow it you do not get emails.
