**What do you like best about Connectio?**

I am in the process of advertising my business online, and I saw a lot of success with Facebook ads. The thing about Facebook ads is that you need to know what you're doing. This Facebook advertising tool gives you a ton of information with respect to your campaigns, responders and marketing, and I can't find another tool that does what this does. In terms of value for the price, this is a no brainer.

**What do you dislike about Connectio?**

Customer support needs a great level of improvement. New users may get overwhelmed with the design. The app definitely requires a mobile version. That will help to work while we are on the move.

**What problems is Connectio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connectio is an amazing tool that makes marketing so much easier! Not only are you able to find hidden audiences but you can find new places to advertise. I absolutely love this tool and will continue to use it in the future!

**What do you like best about Connectio?**

The presentations and theory behind how the software works is very informative, however, when I signed up and used Connectio, I could not find additional audiences over and above what Facebook Ads manager had to offer. So there was no added value for me.

**What do you dislike about Connectio?**

It did not add additional value over and above what Facebook Ads manager could offer.

**Recommendations to others considering Connectio:**

Discuss with them if there are actually additional audiences available for your specific niche.

**What problems is Connectio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking to find additional audiences, as described in the Connectio sales pitch.
