Connectify CRM is a WhatsApp Business API platform for teams in Pakistan, built on the official Meta Cloud API. One shared inbox brings WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger conversations to the whole team with assignment, internal notes and labels. An AI agent trained on your own catalogue and policies answers in Urdu or English and hands over to a person when unsure. Pick approved templates from the Meta Template Library or build your own, send broadcasts to tagged segments with delivery, read and reply counts, and build no-code flows. For online stores, Shopify orders get WhatsApp confirmation with Confirm and Cancel buttons, abandoned checkouts are recovered, and PostEx and Swift shipments send tracking and failed-delivery checks automatically.
