"All-in-One Solution for Remote Team Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I appreciate how Connecteam is an all-in-one platform that simplifies managing and coordinating team operations, especially for remote or field teams. It's great for handling employee scheduling, time tracking, task management, and communication all from one place, which really helps me stay organized. I love that I can share updates and ensure everyone knows their responsibilities without needing multiple tools. It's also invaluable for onboarding and training, letting me share documents and instructions easily. What I really like is how easy it makes my day-to-day work when managing people. Everything is straightforward, so even those not tech-savvy can use it without much guidance. It's flexible enough to fit my team's workflow, and I can quickly see shifts, clock-ins, and task status, keeping me organized and the team connected and productive. The setup was fairly easy and well-supported, allowing me to get up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

Overall, Connecteam works really well for me, but there are a few things that could definitely be better. Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming because there are so many features packed into one place, and it takes time to get comfortable finding exactly what I need. I also feel a bit limited when it comes to customizing reports and dashboards, as I’d love more flexibility to tailor them to how I actually work. The mobile app is mostly reliable, but once in a while I notice small delays or syncing issues, especially during busy clock-in and clock-out times. Notifications can also pile up quickly if they’re not carefully set, which makes it easier to miss important updates. A little more guidance or simpler explanations for some of the advanced features would really help, particularly for someone setting everything up for the first time. "Essential Platform for Deskless Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I really like Connecteam's mobile-first, all-in-one approach that brings scheduling, time tracking, communication, task management, and basic HR tools into a single, intuitive app for deskless teams. It significantly reduces operational complexity and ensures frontline employees stay informed without relying on email or desktops. I also appreciate how it gives managers real-time visibility and control, while remaining easy to adopt, scalable, and cost-effective for growing organizations. The initial setup is straightforward, with guided workflows and an intuitive interface that help reduce onboarding friction. I think it delivers strong value for organizations with deskless or frontline teams by simplifying scheduling, time tracking, communication, and daily operations in a unified platform. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

While Connecteam is strong overall, there are areas that could be improved. Integrations with third-party systems are relatively limited compared to more mature HR or payroll ecosystems, which can create extra manual work for organizations with complex tool stacks. Advanced HR functionality—such as deep performance management, analytics, and benefits administration—is basic and may not meet the needs of larger enterprises. Some users also experience occasional mobile app performance issues, and reporting customization can feel restrictive when more granular or cross-module insights are required. "Streamlined Workforce Management, User-Friendly Yet Powerful"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I love how Connecteam brings everything together in one easy-to-use platform. The fact that it centralizes team communication, scheduling, time tracking, and task management saves a lot of time and reduces confusion. I also find the mobile-friendly design extremely convenient for teams on the go, as it helps keep everyone organized, informed, and accountable. Additionally, Connecteam's user-friendly setup made it easy to get started with basic features like schedules and team communication quickly. Despite a short learning curve for some advanced settings, the platform became intuitive and the support resources available were helpful during onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I think Connecteam could improve in a few areas: the pricing structure makes advanced features costly for smaller teams. Also, some tools, like advanced reporting or custom automations, have a learning curve and take time to set up. While many features are flexible, it would be great if certain workflows or integrations were more customizable to fit unique business needs. Occasionally, the app can feel a bit slow or laggy when loading large schedules or files. These are minor compared to how useful it is, but improvements here would make the experience smoother. "Centralize and Simplify Team Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I like the ease of use of Connecteam and the fact that everything is centralized in a single app. This is key for managing schedules, time tracking, tasks, and communication efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup process is very intuitive and quick thanks to the templates and guided interface, which led me to rate it 9/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

Although overall the experience is very good, some advanced customization options could be improved, especially in reports and automations. It would be ideal to have more options for customizing fields and filters in reports, as well as the ability to schedule automatic reports to be sent by email. Regarding automations, it would be useful to have more flexible rules, for example, for automatic actions based on schedules, task statuses, or specific incidents. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I use Connecteam to keep our team organized and make day-to-day communication easier. It's really helpful for scheduling shifts, tracking tasks, sharing updates, and keeping everyone on the same page. The mobile-friendly design makes it simple for team members to stay connected on the go. Features like time tracking and checklists help us stay accountable and efficient, making managing the team a lot smoother. I love how it puts everything my team needs in one place — scheduling, task management, communication, and time tracking work together, so we don’t have to jump between different apps. The organized layout helps the team stay accountable, productive, and in sync. I find scheduling, task management, and time tracking especially useful; they prevent missed work, keep projects organized, and simplify payroll. The communication tools are great for quickly sharing updates or announcements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

While I find Connecteam really useful, there are a few things that could be better. The interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered, which makes it harder to quickly find tasks or messages. Notifications can also get overwhelming when there’s a lot going on. I think reporting and analytics could be a bit more intuitive too. Fixing these small issues would make the platform even smoother and easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super easy to use!!"
4/5
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I like how simple connecteam is to use. It loads fast, is easy to see your roster and location, and is also easy to contact other coworkers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I don’t like that you can’t request for shifts on certain days. Yes, you can put availability but I think it would be handy to put preferred days.

But, in all honestly I think connecteam is doing much better than other apps that i have used with other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Scheduling Process"
5/5
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I love that I can set a repeat option on the scheduling side, which helps make the schedule for the whole year. This feature is great because it allows employees to schedule things around their workdays. The time-off request feature is also helpful for viewing when employees need to be off and to find their replacements easily. I don't have any issues with the Connecteam app; I like all the features and haven't faced any problems so far. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, with tools and videos provided to explain each task and different ways to use the app. Now each employee can have their schedule in their hands at all times through the app provided, which has been very helpful for us. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

There is nothing that I dislike about this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Worker Coordination with Reliable Check-Ins"
5/5
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I appreciate how Connecteam efficiently resolves issues related to tracking my workers' working hours and their locations accurately, which significantly enhances accountability. I love the reminder feature that Connecteam offers, as it prompts workers on when to check in, which is incredibly helpful given that tasks sometimes lead them to forget. This functionality ensures my team stays on track and maintains timely check-ins, facilitating smoother operations overall. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Connecteam to be straightforward and hassle-free, even when adding new workers, which adds to the seamless experience of using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I find the task sharing feature to be less effective. I believe having a whiteboard feature would be helpful to list out tasks collaboratively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
