What do you like best?

It’s a great tool that is easy to install and configure. It provides seamless synchronization of information between ALM and JIRA and allows us to leverage both repositories to their full capacity.

The ConnectALL support team are very responsive to any questions raised and issue resolutions we have encountered.

What do you like best?

The best of connectall is easy to understand with the command or options that are available in the application, most of them are user friendly and self explanatory. Integration with other tools using ConnectAll is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes its tough to understand while working with Poll queries, it would be good while writing poll query if we have the intelisence option for the ease of our work and validation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its a very good tool for seamless integration with multiple tools used across organization for the ease of users to integrate between teams and also help each other in delivering the work by meeting dead lines with quality of work, improve understand ability between teams and the best part is to get the status at one place of all the integrated applications, which helps the C level reports easy. We integrated JIRA to JIRA and JIRA to ServiceNow, which really helped us logging into multiple applications and update the status, comments etc options at different places, rather now its only one place updates would impact on integrated areas and helps in efforts saving. What do you like best?

It is easy configurable, you don't need to have any specific technical knowledge.

It works fast - less than a minute to sync records between systems.

It is user friendly - even if you are not an IT, it is intuitive.

It has growing potential - more and more tools to be synchronized.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

It was so easy to set up! I explain ConnectAll to be like a Wagon Wheel. Once you get the hub, you only order the spokes that you need. The interface for configuring integrations and mapping fields is simple and intuitive. I don't like my users to see it, because I don't like them knowing how easy it is for me (I have to "make the rice krispie treats" [throwback to an old commercial] haha!)

The support team is BAR NONE in the industry! Fast response, personal service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Well, to be honest, I'm not a fan of the pricing. And sometimes the Create/Update could be more at the field level. I'd like to be able to clone an Application Link then just change the initial configuration (our field mappings are pretty consistent). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A user calls in an Incident to our help desk, and it's determined to be an enhancement so they track that in Jira, and the user doesn't have Jira so they say their requests go in to a 'black hole'. ConnectAll is a great product for bringing your fragmented tool landscape together in the organization, allowing folks to stay on top of information in real-time. We are using COnnectALL to keep teams on different tools in sync with each other. To allow requests to flow from a requestor to a developer and back, without having to "swivel seat" or copy/paste the data from one tool to another.
