The most helpful thing from Conga Grid is that it makes it easy to navigate, visualise and manage data across different Salesforce objects, increasing productivity in our organisation. It would be nice to have an option to refresh automatically, as it currently requires a page reload. Also, sometimes there are errors and loading issues that can hurt the working process. It was very easy to set up Conga Grid to allow our accounting team to easily view parent-child relationships and be able to complete inline edits for multiple records related to a Salesforce opportunity. Sometimes the load time for a certain amount of records can be a bit laggy if there are multiple but it hasn't been a big enough issue to really dislike any part of the product. It allows you to view details of multiple levels of records (Ex Parent, Child, Grandchild) in one screen in an Excel like format.
