Kinda clunky interface **Recommendations to others considering Conga Grid:** Its a great self-service tool for users **What problems is Conga Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?** My boss wants to be able to edit child records of a parent in a spreadsheet style and i dont have to make skuid pages and keep adjusting the fields on that i can just give her a grid license ### 2. Allows great customisation with a variety of functions. Being able to instantly spot gaps in data and immediately update them is powerful. **What do you dislike about Conga Grid?** Can't search for look-ups which I find a very big weakness for our organisation. I find it crashes quite often or sometimes doesn't load up at all for users. It is very temperamental. **Recommendations to others considering Conga Grid:** Possibly, I would suggest trailing it first to make sure that they do not have some of the issues that we had. It is possible that our system is quite unique and I wouldn't expect many others to have the same issues.
