"Conga Is a Fantastic Solution with a Learning Curve"

What do you like best about Conga Composer?

Conga has taken so much worktime out of our business development process! What used to be a tedious back and forth has been reduced to a few minutes for document generation and a few minutes for QA/QC. Reducing discresionary decision points in our document generation process has improved productivity, customer satisfaction, and decreased sales cycle time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga Composer?

Conga at times is glitchy, beyond what even technicians are completely confident in solving. There's hit or miss fragmentation of function between Lightning and Classic platforms. Conga should really prioritize a full move to Lightning quickly. Additionally, there is some substantial learning curve to understand each minor development component to Conga. What problems is Conga Composer solving and how is that benefiting you?
