It is too difficult to create all the Templates manually. For solving this issue we are using Conga Composer. This tool provides detailed steps and step-by-step guide for integrating external applications like Adobe Sign, Google Drive and others. Additionally, it's usage dashboard feature allows us to generate a comprehensive report on our Composer usage while proves to be beneficial for internal analysis. Conga Composer is one of the easiest Dynamic pdf generating platform. It has the capability to get the data from Salesforce as well as External data sources. While integrating with external data sources the Authentication types are very limited. It does not support oAuth at all while most of the external APIs are authenticated with oAuth. Conga Composer is easy to use and implement. Their customer service has been fantastic and very responsive, I can't say enough good things about them. Anytime I encountered an issue they were quick to help me resolve it. We started slow with using Conga since our initial use case was limited but has since expanded and our team is now using it more frequently.
