What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

We've been able to integrate it into our Salesforce platform and it has been extremely helpful. It syncs up seamlessly and we rarely face any issues when we are generating our quotes.

I, personally, didn't test out other CPQ quote generation tools, but I know our executives reviewd other options and still believed Conga was the best tool for us. We use it every day and I, as an admin, never hear any issues from our users related to Conga or our quotes. What do you dislike about Conga CPQ?

There aren't any dislikes I have related to Conga. Sometimes, we have troubleshooting issues, but that is related to our Salesforce and not Conga. It's a pretty unique and awesome sotware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Conga CPQ:

I would definitely use it. We've found it very useful for our organization and don't have any serious complaints with the software. It has already been very benificial and I wasn't involved in the setup, but I believe we have already gotten our return on our investment because it is so customizable and we are able to get quotes to our customers in a much more fast-paced manner. What problems is Conga CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had issues getting Users to completely use our Salesforce platform, because they thought it was too complicated. However, now they see it as extremely useful and I believe it has made us more profitable as we can get more quotes out the door and to our customers.

We have two separate business units and we already have it in place for one and we are about to set it up for the other business unit. I will be involved in that integration and I am looking forward to getting the softwares to integrate and communicate. I wasn't involved in the first integration, but I had to help our users get accustomed to the software and I don't believe we ran into any serious issues since we went live with the product. Provide a quoting tool to use for our sales operations specialist. It provides a clear, concise, and repeatable format. It's great that it integrates into Salesforce, but the functionality is lackluster. Our sales ops specialists are able to get answers to our sales leaders rapidly, but we sell a lot of products.
