"Reliable CPQ solution for enterprise Salesforce teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

Conga CPQ gives our sales team a clear and guided way to build accurate quotes, even for complex deals. It supports bundles, custom pricing, discount rules, and multi-region pricing without relying on spreadsheets. The Salesforce-native experience makes it easy for users to stay in one system while configuring deals. It also works very well with Conga Composer, CLM, and Approvals, which allows a smooth flow from quote to contract. Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CPQ?

The platform is very flexible, which means setup and configuration can take time, especially for organizations with detailed pricing and approval rules. New users and admins need some training to fully understand how everything works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Conga Support Log Access Makes Debugging Faster and Self-Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

Conga Support now has the functionality to enable their managed package logs for us, so instead of connecting with them every time, we can simply ask them to enable the logs and debug the issue on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CPQ?

The Conga case creation portal, which is built on force.com, is really slow and asks many questions. Even for raising an S1 case, we are required to fill in numerous details, taking around 15+ minutes just to raise a case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Features, Complex Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

I really like the product configuration functionalities in Conga CPQ. The pricing functionalities are also great, including pricing rules and custom pricing features. There are a lot of features available, and code generation is very helpful. I appreciate the order management and invoice generation as well. The main standout functionalities for me are the product configuration and pricing. Additionally, I like that Conga CPQ has introduced its own platform, which allows for scalability and high performance without limitations. It is particularly beneficial since it is API-driven, enabling customers to integrate and utilize the benefits of all the functionalities easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CPQ?

Conga CPQ is quite a complex product, and it takes some time to learn if you are getting started with your implementation. If you have detailed requirements about products, pricing, and everything, it may take more time to get accustomed. There are some issues, like if you find a bug, it may take some time to get it resolved. The documentation could be improved to be more helpful with more use cases, which would aid end users in defining their use cases. Also, the initial setup wasn't quite easy, as we had to go through required training to understand how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When issues arise , finding the root cause can require significant effort, patience, and a systematic approach. The process can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, especially when the symptoms of the bug do not clearly indicate its source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Collaboration Features and Seamless Configuration"
5/5
What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

Conga CPQ is a great tool and the features it provides are really practical and useful. We love their collaboration request feature, where we can have a single configuration but multiple people can collaborate, and at the end the configuration gets finalized and generated. The way Conga handles this with smoothness is truly amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CPQ?

We don't like Conga's documentation around the features they have. They have good features, but their documentation lacks necessary configuration details with good examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Tool with Integration Perks, Needs Flexibility Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

I love Conga CPQ for the enterprise way it integrates into various tools and offers certain customization options. I like how it allows for dynamic pricing calculations with custom logic integration. It has helped us manage our quotes effectively and reach out to customers in a dynamic and faster way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CPQ?

Conga CPQ doesn't help with code creations or modifications when the customer wants changes midterm. It's very difficult to modify an order once a quote is converted to an order. For example, if a user purchases for a year and wants to add extra units midway, Conga forces the creation of a new order for the same customer. It would be great if they could fix this and allow more flexibility with orders. Also, there's a need for improved security on the quotes sent, as we sometimes see URLs with product and pricing information. They should work on security, expiration, and order modification flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Quote Accuracy and Usability"
5/5
What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

I like how Conga CPQ accelerates the business process by allowing us to easily generate accurate quotes and their documentation. It's really useful for managing the code cycle from generation to the last stage. Configuring complex products in the CPQ is straightforward, making it a reliable tool for product variations and pricing systems. I personally think Conga CPQ is easy to use and user-friendly; a user can easily navigate and use it as per their requirement. The initial setup was very easy, just logging into Salesforce and installing the packages makes the setup seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CPQ?

It's very difficult to do some external customization that is going out of the box if we want to do custom customization as per our business requirement. So that becomes a little bit complex. And, also, obviously, we can always improve on the performance speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful CPQ capabilities with seamless process integration. Excellent customer support"
4/5
What do you like best about Conga CPQ?

Conga offers an impressive breadth of products across the quote‑to‑cash ecosystem, and we actively use several of them — including CPQ, CLM, Order Management, and Composer. The integration across modules is cohesive, allowing quoting, contract lifecycle management, and document generation to flow smoothly end‑to‑end. The flexibility within CPQ is especially valuable. Conga also continues to deliver meaningful enhancements with each upgrade, and their customer support team is consistently outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conga CPQ?

There are a few areas where Conga CPQ could continue to improve. The product documentation, while helpful, could be more comprehensive and updated more frequently—especially for advanced configuration scenarios. As an admin, a built‑in troubleshooting tool for cart and configuration issues would be extremely valuable and would help reduce investigation time significantly. Additionally, having more out‑of‑the‑box flexibility to add lightweight customizations to the catalog and cart pages would further empower admins and reduce reliance on custom development.
