We keep all our documentation and changes we made to a BOT/Software we are building along with the knowledge for future reference in the Confluence spaces. There are many inbuilt apps that can be connected to the portal to make your life easier and makes your much easier. I usually don't need to swipe to different tabs for a collaboration work. The software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Each tabs are cleanly specified and level based for each interactions. Apps are easy to implement and no need to open a separate applications on the system to download the data and re open it in the different apps. Even whenever I feel lost I just ping the SPOC for our organisation from the confluence side and they alway on point with the issues we are facing. The whole developers along with the interns use this application every day as we keep updating the BOT. **What do you dislike about Confluence?** Not much to say it's just that it's hard to manage the administrator access to different users.
