"Confluence: A Single Source of Truth for Organized, Collaborative Team Knowledge"
4/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence is great for keeping team knowledge and documentation organized in one place. What i like best is how easy it is to create, edit and share pages, whether it is for meeting notes, project documentation , or internal guides. It works really well for collaboration, multiple people can contribute comment, and update content without things getting lost in chats or emails. The structure with spaces and pages makes information easy to find later, which saves time and keeps everyone aligned. Overall, It turns scattered information into a single, reliable source of truth for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Confluence can sometimes feel cluttered when there is a lot of content. If pages are not well organized or maintained, finding the right information can take longer than expected. Another thing is that formatting and customization can feel a bit limited or unintuitive at times, especially when you want more control over layouts. It is great for documentation overall, but it does require good structure and regular cleanup to stay easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Confluence?

What I like best about Confluence is that it gives our team a single, well-organized workspace where we can create and structure all our project documentation, use ready-made templates for things like meeting notes and specs, and tightly link everything with Jira issues so that requirements, decisions, and live project status are always connected and easy to discover for everyone on the team. "Easy Process Documentation with Strong Version History and Audit Trails"
5/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

Maintaining process documentation is very easy on the Confluence. I also appreciate the audit trail of changes that is logged and how previous versions of it can be accessed to be able to build a defensible answer to external regulatory audit questions raised on an investigation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Since the introduction of Rovo AI on the Atlassian products - especially Confluence, the loading of the documentation takes a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Confluence Fits My Workflow for Structured, Collaborative Knowledge"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence is helpful in a way that it supports structured thinking while still keeping collaboration simple. My work involves a lot of documenting design decisions, experiments and evolving knowledge, and confluence fits naturally into that workflow. features like decision trees are especially useful for capturing complex technical decision paths and guiding readers to the right knowledge article without confusing them. It actually mirrors how i think and reason through problems. Instead of knowing exactly where something lives, i can focus on the problem at hand and trust that confluence will surface the relevant knowledge when needed. It feels like a platform that is designed to support my workflow rather than just storing documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

confluence platform feels mature and well thought out and is highly reliable which makes it hard to point to anything i actively dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Secure Business Data"
4/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

We use Confluence to do business collaborations along with project manager of different departments. This software enable us to exchange information from each other and also take proper notes, when the meetings are being conducted. This is the tool that manages our all business data and make sure that it is secured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

One of the main challenge that I have been facing from last few months is its software layout because all the data that it shows in its dashboard are really complex and it becomes difficult to understand the graphs and analytics so if they can make the layout of the features and data separately then that would be much better. "All Our Internal Documentation in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

We use it for pretty much all of our internal documentation, so it’s really helpful having everything in one place. Things like onboarding, HR info, guidelines, handbooks, role descriptions, project docs, and how-to guides all live there. It makes it a lot easier to find information and keep things updated as processes change, instead of having docs scattered across different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

It can get a bit messy as more content gets added, and sometimes it’s not the easiest to find exactly what you’re looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Realtime Collaboration and Powerful Search Make Confluence Stand Out"
4/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

I consider confluence one of the best softwares developed by Atlassian. Below are the features which I like the most:

1. Realtime collaboration that means multiple people can make changes to to single page together.

2. Search feature is powerfull and has multiple filters which makes searching easier in large organization.

3. Integrates directly with jira and other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

One of the cons which I have noticed working with confluence is that the pages with too much content and data takes lot of time to load and sometimes may lag as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Great for team collaboration""
4.5/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence makes it easy to create and share documentations within the team. I use it every day for writing minutes of meetings, maintaining proper documentations. The interface is simple, and editing them is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Sometimes formatting is little tricky, especially while working with large pages. And the other thing is searching results are inconsistent if the content is not well structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless JIRA Integration, Needs Better Third-Party Connections"
5/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

I appreciate how easily Confluence works to flow between documents and related items in JIRA. I like that I can see what issue the document ties back to, which is extremely helpful for CS Post Mortems because we can link the CIs directly rather than just talking about them. Similarly, when Devs/Product are building documentation, they can link the CI or FTRQ that the document connects to. Additionally, Confluence allowed us to consolidate all documents in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

The integration to Slack, ClickUp, etc. times out more frequently than other connections I use. I have to reconnect Confluence Cloud anytime I want to use it in Slack, ClickUp, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Tool, But Naming Limitations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Confluence?

I like the integration with Jira because it allows me to automate the monthly report directly to Confluence based on Jira tickets. The analytics for pages are helpful as I can see if the page is popular or not. Confluence is also much more solid and user-friendly compared to Mediawiki, which we used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

I can't reuse the name for the page. For example, when I have Service 1 and Service 2 pages and try to create the page 'Intro' in the second nested page (Service 2 -> Intro) I got an error that 'Page already exists', so it requires a more complicated naming for pages.
