The capacity that Confluence offers to organize and edit documentation online is great.It is also an amazing tool for creating documents and then sharing them with team members to view and collaborate. My top 2 things I enjoy are: 1. Being able to organize information to my liking 2. Getting ideas and knowledge out of peoples' heads and shared 3. Templates!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Confluence? Sometimes, searching for a specific document or topic is not as easy as you may think. I have had times when I need to use over 5 keywords to finally find what I was looking for, which can be time-consuming. There is also an issue when trying to edit a document while someone else is editing. The feature does allow users to access the document and save it, however, you are unable to see the changes happening in real-time until you refresh the page.... which can result in a loss of edits and information. Confluence is an excellent knowledge base tool that Keeps documentation well organized and in a single go-to location. What is mostly great about this, is that it enables sharing and insights across different departments, which makes it easier to understand the process and steps. Confluence is like my own little Wikipedia/Google search for the company I currently work at because it is literally the central resource for all documentation within the company and I don't know what I would do without it...
