Confirmatodo is appointment confirmation and scheduling software for service businesses that want to reduce missed appointments and manual follow-up without replacing Google Calendar. Teams connect one or more Google calendars, choose the services and schedules they want to automate, and configure when confirmation or reminder messages should be sent through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Clients can confirm, cancel, or request a new time directly from WhatsApp, and their response is reflected in Google Calendar so staff keep working from one shared schedule. The browser-based platform is designed for appointment-driven businesses in Latin America, including clinics, dental practices, psychologists and therapists, spas, salons, barbershops, veterinary practices, and other small or midsize service teams. Clients do not need to install an app or create an account to respond to a message or use the online booking page. Beyond confirmations and reminders, Confirmatodo includes customizable message templates by service, 24/7 online booking pages, an automatic waitlist that can offer newly available times, walk-in registration, daily cash close, revenue tracking, and analytics for attendance, cancellations, and rescheduling by staff member and service. Multiple calendars can be managed from the same operational workflow, while Google Calendar remains the source of truth. Plans start at US$9.90 per month with annual billing or US$11 month to month. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately by Meta at the applicable country rate. Support is available through email, chat, documentation, videos, and FAQs. Setup does not require code, and the system runs in the browser for teams working across desktop and mobile devices.
